New World Development unveiled FLEUR PAVILIA in 2018, being particularly fastidious about the various design aspects. The project's renowned landscape designer, Ohtori Consultants Co. Ltd., was invited in from Japan while the interior design team, led by Mr. Shigeru Uchida, also hails from Japan. The overall design concept created a multi-level fusion of outdoor spaces through the use of natural verdant foliage and water. The effect conveys a carefully crafted interface between both private and public realms so that the natural landscape can be enjoyed from both inside and outside. Nestled on Mount Kai Yuen in North Point, a total of 611 units were developed across three blocks with sizes varying from 519 to 3,221 sq. ft. of saleable space, all of them designed with balconies. Some one- or two- bedrooms units are available, but the majority comprise spacious three- to four-bedroom homes. The 3rd floor clubhouse Fleur Pavilion at 26,350 sq. ft. forms a nexus with a series of outdoor gardens, totalling approximately 70,000 sq. ft. Here residents can enjoy a range of facilities finely decorated in wood, stone and a host of plants, creating an overall leisurely ambience of communing with nature.
